Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), email address, and a password. You will receive an OTP on your phone to verify the number. Once confirmed, your account is active and ready to fund. The whole process takes under 3 minutes for most players.

Completely free. Creating a 55ATM account costs nothing at all. You only spend PKR when you choose to make a deposit and start playing. There are no monthly fees, subscription charges, or hidden sign-up costs.

No. Each individual is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is against our terms. Any duplicate accounts found will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

You must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified during the KYC process. If an account is found to belong to a person under 18, it will be closed immediately and any deposits returned to the original payment source where possible.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically instant — your PKR balance updates within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not reflected after the expected time, contact live chat with your transaction reference number.

55ATM does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — check their terms before transferring. The full amount you send after any provider fee will be credited to your 55ATM balance.

Minimum deposit amounts vary slightly by payment method and are shown on the Deposit page. Generally, minimums are kept low so that players do not need to put in a large sum just to get started. Check the deposit page for the current figures for your preferred method.

First, wait a few minutes — some transactions process slightly slower during peak hours. If the balance still has not updated after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your JazzCash/Easypaisa/bank SMS confirmation and share it with our live chat support team. We can trace the transaction and manually credit your account if the payment was confirmed on our end.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, choose your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, etc.), enter the PKR amount, and confirm. Make sure the receiving account details match the name on your 55ATM account. See the Withdrawal page for step-by-step guidance.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days. Withdrawals submitted over weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer due to banking system hours. You will receive an SMS or email notification once the transfer is completed.

Withdrawals can be placed under review if your KYC verification is incomplete, if the withdrawal amount triggers a routine security check, or if there is a mismatch between your account name and receiving account name. Complete your KYC from the dashboard and make sure all details match. If the review is taking longer than 24 hours, contact live chat support.

55ATM does not charge withdrawal fees on your real-money PKR balance. Depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider, a small transaction fee may be applied on their end. Current withdrawal minimums and any applicable limits are listed on the Withdrawal page.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first PKR deposit — typically a percentage match up to a promotional cap. The exact amount and terms change periodically, so check the Promotions section in your account dashboard after registering for the current offer.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 20,000 in total before the bonus is cleared. The requirement and progress tracker are visible in your account dashboard.

No — bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. However, any winnings generated from real-money bets (not bonus funds) are withdrawable at any time after meeting standard KYC requirements. Your balance will show real money and bonus funds separately in your dashboard.

Yes, all bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be met. The expiry period is shown in the bonus details in your dashboard at the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed automatically.
