1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 55ATM — including through the website at 55atm.onl or the mobile app — you enter into a binding agreement with 55ATM. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users regardless of location or device.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 55ATM platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow underage players on the platform.
• You are opening an account for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 55ATM employee.
• You understand that online gaming involves risk of financial loss and accept full personal responsibility for your actions on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 55ATM. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, valid mobile number, and correct PKR payment details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. 55ATM will never ask for your password via chat or email. Any activity that takes place under your login is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits

55ATM accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted and will be reversed.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• 55ATM does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds cannot be returned once wagered. Unplayed deposit balances may be eligible for withdrawal subject to these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same PKR payment method used for your deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before processing.
• Processing times depend on your chosen payment method. Most withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard.
• If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, withdrawal of bonus-linked funds is not permitted until the requirements are met.
• 55ATM reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, bonus abuse, or account irregularities are suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

55ATM offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and special event promotions around Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and other occasions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated in each individual offer. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate bonus conditions — including multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet requirements without genuine play, or exploiting promotion errors — will result in bonus forfeiture, suspension of winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

Cashback and VIP Rewards

Active players may be invited to join our VIP programme, which offers cashback, higher withdrawal limits, dedicated support, and exclusive PKR bonuses. Eligibility and benefits are at 55ATM's discretion and may be revised at any time.

7. Gameplay and Betting

55ATM offers a broad game library including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, and sports betting across cricket, football, and esports. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognised game studios.

• Bet results are final once confirmed. Technical errors that affect game outcomes will be reviewed, but bets confirmed through normal platform function are settled as displayed.
• For sports betting, settled markets reflect official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. In cricket, this typically means results as confirmed by the ICC or relevant board.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the moment betting is suspended for each market. Any bets placed after the cut-off are void.
• 55ATM reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel any bet if we detect unusual patterns, potential match-fixing influence, or system abuse.

8. Fair Play Policy

We take fair play seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Use of bots, automated betting scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer or live casino games.
• Exploiting software glitches, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks, payment manipulation, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to gain access to other players' accounts or platform administration systems.

Accounts found in breach of the fair play policy will be suspended. Any winnings generated through prohibited means will be voided. 55ATM reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant financial institutions.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Losses incurred as a result of gaming decisions made by the player.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures outside our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

55ATM reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In cases of fraud or suspected criminal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice.
